bloomsday!
happy bloomsday, friends! this means yet another summer when i'm not going to actually get around to reading joyce's ulysses. but i do think i'll wander down to the rosenbach after work to catch the end of the bloomsday festivities on delancey street.

and happy bloomsday to you! you beat me to the punch. i was going to post something very similar.
i'll be catching at least 6 & 7 over on southside at city books (sure hope they'll let me bring wine; last year it was at the firehouse, which had guinness on tap, which was sort of perfect). i actually was threatening to play hookie and leave work around 3:30 to catch another installment at the eastern tip of washington's landing, but that's not going to happen. i can't escape work that early.
