okay, i love parker posey. i think she's absolutely brilliant. and i'm convinced that if we ever met, she and i would have to be best friends, based on, among other things, a mutual capacity for uber-spazziness. but this new pepsi commercial that has her and jimmy fallon dancing in the streets? well, it makes me a little sad.
i really probably shouldn't watch tv...

THROCK!! I totally think that Parker Posey and I would be the very best of friends! I love all of her movies--I think she is the best. I have no idea what commercial you are talking about--maybe I don't want to know--it sounds awful.
i like the spot, all things considered, precisely because PP is just effing funny even though pepsi is trying to ruin her and fallon and achieves it with him.
of course, in his case it's sad because it signals the wane of his career. but not hers; i'm sure she only did it for the love!
