..or are these quotation marks a little unnecessary? (this is the sticker that you get to wear once you pass the voir dire process in allegheny county. fancy, no?)

it occurs to me, upon seeing that sticker, that it might be saying that the CCP is what's not safe for fine fabrics, and with that i'd have to concur.
