It was the greatest thing ever--I almost felt like a red-blooded texan watching the game--I yee-hawed and whooped it up--AND did you see pukey little Leinart after the game when he had the nerve to say that USC is the better team. Excuse me??? Did you see Vince Young you little snot?

Anyway, I am a little sad the college football season is over--sorry about Notre Dame. My Hokies pulled it out but not without playing like a bunch of bullies. Oh well--now I can put all of my energy on the Steelers--OH, and law school, of course.

Texas is the Bush's team. How could you root for them? Ew*.

Anyway, I think both teams played a great game. I think if they played 100 games it might be fifty to fifty. When a team scores in the last 20 seconds to win, usually that is an indication it was a well played game by both teams.

Vince Young is a football god though. Too bad this USC team fielded like 6 true freshman on defense. It might be different if it were last year's team.

Go Pitt!

Leinart reminds me of Rashad McCants, former UNC basketball player. When the Tarheels got waxed by 20+ at Maryland, McCants later said that UNC was the better team, and would have won if they could have kept it close in the second half... Umm... yeah.

I still think Leinart's right. Heck if my team won 34 straight and my defense could not get a stop with 19 seconds left I would feel like we were a better team who just got beat that day. I still say these teams would split 100 games...check these stats:

1st downs - 30 USC, 30 TX
Total Yards - 574 USC, 556 TX
Passing - 365 USC, 267 TX
Rushing - 209 USC, 289 TX

Totally crazy. It was a great national championship and I would love to see them play again next month.
