On the whole computer/iTunes/paper meme, I bought a black 60GB iPod video last night. I'm an idiot for spending the money. But, to get the most out of it, I was browsing around in iTunes podcasts. Apparently the National Constitution Center has a couple of podcasts, the most recent one being on the 9/11 commission report. I haven't listened to it yet, but the description says that buried somewhere in the hour long podcast is a discussion of Katrina. Constitutional aspects of Katrina, anyone?

Feel free to download anything to my iTunes library, just as long as I'm not paying for it...

i don't think that's the right use of the word "meme".

but can i have your ipod mini now?

I was referring to the ubiquity of paper writing and iPod use. Merriam-Webster defines meme as; "an idea, behavior, style, or usage that spreads from person to person within a culture."

Close enough for me, but as always, you're free to call me out.

And sure, you can 'borrow' my mini until you get your computer back. I'll have it tomorrow.
